I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction 10 years ago with a different plastic surgeon. As time went by, I noticed my reconstruction started to look out of shape. I was worried something was wrong and I was incredibly unhappy with the way they looked. I met with Dr. Symbas, he was caring and very much understanding of my concerns, he was also, straightforward and explained what he would like to do but also, upfront with any possibilities of complications. With that being said, I can’t begin to say how extremely satisfied I am with the entire process. I’m more confident and they look amazing. Dr. Symbas is by far superior in his field and beyond gifted in what he does.

Dr John Symbas changed my life. I came to him feeling less of myself. In pain. Unhappy with how I looked while also being extremely uncomfortable. He took all my feelings into consideration. He listened to me. He made me feel like what I had to say was important. I am currently 3 months post op from my breast reduction and this is the happiest I have EVER been. Dr. Ghazi is a talented and knowledgable surgeon who made me feel comfortable from my initial consultation and throughout the procedure and follow-up care. He, and his PA Madison, took the time to make sure all my many questions were answered. They were calming, positive, and reassuring to ease my nervousness. I was referred to Dr. Symbas by a friend. After wanting a breast reduction for many years, I finally took the time out of busy mom life to get it done. In February of 2021, I had a breast reduction. The surgery went so well I decided maybe it was time to do a tummy tuck. After many, many hours in the gym and all the dieting, there was just one place on my body that would not budge not matter what. A year and some change after my breast reduction I was finally able to take care of this “alien” part of me. I am a week post op and I’m very happy with the results. I know I still have some recovery ahead of me, but I can say without a doubt, I’m so happy I did it. Dr. Symbas is a wonderful, caring doctor who knows what he is doing. His staff is equally as kind. My only regret is that I did not do it sooner. So I recommend to any person out there that may be thinking about a reduction or mommy makeover, to at least go for a consultation. It’s so worth it! You are worth it!
