I call him Dr. Wonderful! He skillfully & carefully removed my breast implants, lifted, & reconstructed my C-Section scar (mini tummy tuck). His staff are the most caring group! After care has been just as good as the surgery time. I highly recommend. Thankful for their care!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Symbas and his team! He made me feel extremely comfortable. It made the decision so easy to chose him as my doctor. I am only 2 weeks out from my breast augmentation and I already LOVE my results. He really took the time to talk through what I wanted as my end result. Sarah, Office Manager and Surgical Coordinator, has been amazing during pre-op and post op! Very responsive. Highly recommend this team 🙂

I was a little apprehensive when my surgeon first recommended Dr Symbas for my breast reconstruction. I typically choose women for my doctors because I feel they understand my concerns better (being they are women too). However, Dr Symbas put all of my fears to rest. He calmly addressed my issues and made me feel everything would be okay. The staff was also very upbeat and pleasant at each of my visits. I went from large breasts to much smaller ones with minimal issues. My new breasts may be fake but they’re great. Dr Symbas rocks!

This review comes late.. four years ago I had a breast explant (removal of implants placed by another dr) Dr. Symbas is literally the kindest, sweetest doctor of any kind I’ve ever met. His bedside manner is so incredible and his friendliness so great that even my husband was happy to see dr symbas for my post op appointments. I really cannot say enough good things about this surgeon. Not to mention that my tatas look amazing for what they’ve been through and that’s without any extra lifting or corrective work. He is so conservative when need be, never pushes you into anything that isn’t right for you. I’m a very middle of the road kinda person… not too much not too little and dr symbas noticed that and directed me to a partial capsulectomy instead of a full to avoid any impact on the chest wall (?)/ribs. He did everything I wanted and never once told me I was wrong or that I’d “never look good again” as another surgeon had told me when consulting for the explant. I had considered a lift w the explant and he could tell I was uncertain and suggested that we just explant for now and that the skin may bounce back and that we wouldn’t know til 3-6 months down the road and that I could always do a lift later.. he suggested there’s no point in extra surgery/trauma if it’s unnecessary and that’s the route we took. His office and staff are so kind and patient, the poor scheduling girl (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) got so many emails from me and she never once became annoyed (or at least she never showed it 😉) I would also like to say that dr symbas is gentle and respectful of your body. Another surgeon I had consulted with wanted to feel the scars from the previous surgery and squeezed and squished and smashed those scars so hard I nearly hit the floor, all the while telling me I was making a bad decision by removing.. not Dr symbas! Dr symbas always asked before examining me/touching me and never ever was rough or ruthless like other drs/surgeons. My husband and I both kept saying “man I wish he were a general practitioner too cuz we’d go to him for everything!” Lol. I also told him at one of my post ops that I’d been recommending him to everyone, I told him just hoping to express how impressed and happy we are with everything about him and his office.. he then told me he’d give me a bit of free Botox for referring peeps! I never expected that, so much gratitude for sharing my wonderful experience that I was gonna be sharing anyway. I never have gotten that Botox and certainly won’t hold them to it since it’s been SO long but I just wanted to share this w the world lol and felt compelled to when I saw the one negative review.. I actually was going to their site to look into filler and the like bc I’ve been researching like mad looking for someone nearer to me that I felt I could trust and just have not found anyone… annnyyyway. Just know that dr symbas is literally sent by the gods, he’s amazing and you’ll be thrilled for every visit! Ok, end novel lol

Dr. Symbas is possibly the most caring and authentic surgeon I have ever met. He truly cares about his patients, and it shows with every interaction. I have a great outcome after breast reconstruction, and he appeared emotionally vested in the outcome and my happiness. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing plastic surgery for any reason.
