From the moment I walked into their office I felt welcome and it helped my nerves. I never had to wait more then a few minutes to be seen. Dr. Ghazi takes his consults seriously and will sit with you explaining everything for an hour if need be. Every staff member is helpful and kind. Dr. Ghazi and his nursing staff are so easy to talk to and they really listen to you. They make this process somehow enjoyable. The surgery itself was as easy as a surgery could get. We where all laughing and joking with the staff as I got ready. Because of them , my anxiety was barely there when I walked back to have the surgery. Dr. Ghazi even won my husband over ( that’s hard to do ) so far I love my results. Then again about 20 people referred me to him. All saying he was a magician with a Scalpel and he is !! Dr. Ghazi called himself at 9 at night just to check on me after my procedure. I will never go anywhere else if the need arrises for another procedure ( hopefully it won’t ). I would give them ten stars if I could. I wish all doctor appointments where this wonderful.
I first met Dr. Symbas several years ago when I was bitten in the face by a dog and needed my lip put back together. He not only did an amazing job but he was kind and genuinely caring in the process. I recently returned to his office to get Botox for the first time. He was as kind and professional as I remembered. In addition, everyone in his office made me feel so comfortable. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it here: I’ll never let anyone but Dr. Symbas touch my face.
I went to see Dr. Ghazi for a consult after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. He was so great and made me feel good in a hard situation. He also helped me make the decision on what surgery to do. Dr. John Symbas, what an amazing doctor and staff!! Dr. Symbas performed my breast reduction after having breast cancer and he is amazing! He made me feel so relaxed and comfortable before surgery. He is truly a GOOD and CARING doctor!! He will always have a special place in my heart. To top it off his staff is just as amazing!! I would recommend him to anyone!
