When I was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer which would lead to a double mastectomy I felt like I was in the twilight zone. When I met Dr Symbas I knew that I had found the surgeon for my reconstruction – he is warm and kind, looked me in the eye with confidence and listened to what I wanted to do. He booked me within three weeks. I chose to reduce in size dramatically and he was more than up to the challenge. Dr Symbas is an incredible surgeon and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My mother (who may need a similar procedure) said that seeing me post surgery allayed her fears that she would be disfigured. He’s that good. Just as importantly, every person in the office was friendly, kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I truly felt cared for by everyone I met and am so grateful for that. Dr. Symbas and his staff are phenomenal! From the first point of contact with Cari scheduling my consultation she was very professional and flexible with finding a date that worked with my schedule. Sarah is more than amazing!! Sarah responds promptly to calls and emails and handled all of my insurance questions and concerns. Nurse Cindy is the BEST!! Cindy is personable, caring, very knowledgeable, and willing to help however she can. Jess answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. It has been almost a year since Dr. Symbas done my breast reduction and i’m still loving his work!!! I was referred to him by my friend and her mother who also had a breast reduction and other procedures (which they love) done by Symbas. His staff is super friendly and helpful. Not to mention he tries his best to work with your financial situation. Dr. Symbas talked me through every step of the process and never made me feel uncomfortable!! Doctor Ghazi is incredible. His practice is terrific. Everytime I arrived for an appointment I came with a smile and I left with a bigger smile. Not only did he perform the surgery with pure excellence, the results were 10 times more beautiful than I expected. I knew he was an excellent surgeon but also he is so easy to speak with about highly personal issues. I can truly say that he is an artist with a scalpel. Dr. Symbas and his team are a perfect mix of skill and compassion. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy with reconstruction (tissue expanders to Implants) seven weeks later. Dr. Symbas took my medical diagnoses and my lifestyle into consideration when planning my surgery. His team was always willing to answer questions, calling me back in a timely manner and providing clear, easy-to-understand answers. Cosmetically I could not be more pleased. There are no visible scars and, after only six weeks post implant exchange, I am able to resume exercising and get back to living.
