Dr. Ghazi hails from Atlanta, where he spent 8 years training at the world-renowned and internationally respected Emory University. During his time with the Emory University Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Division, Dr. Ghazi was fortunate to have worked and trained under some of the most well-known masters in the fields of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, allowing him to offer you the “best of the newest techniques” as well as traditional approaches from those who helped define the modern field of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Ghazi has a long history of leadership and research and has authored numerous publications in Plastic Surgery journals and textbooks, and has presented at many scientific meetings on subjects dealing with cosmetic breast surgery, cancer surgery of the breasts, and reconstruction of the breasts after mastectomy, as well as reconstruction of the chest and lower extremity. Recently, Dr. Ghazi was part of an award-winning research team demonstrating the efficacy of a funnel device in reducing bacterial contamination during Breast Augmentation.
Recently, Dr. Ghazi received an award for the best surgical innovation of 2014. Dr. Ghazi is a founder of AcCellerate Skin Rejuvenation System, which uses patients’ stem cells to enhance healing after a procedure.

Before I had my surgery. I was uncertain of the outcome, but after meet Dr. Ghazi and his staff all my concern disappeared. They were all so supportive and understanding. They walk me through the process and even after the procedure Dr. Ghazi call to check on me, then his nursing staff call to ensure everything was going well. Dr. Symbas and his staff were amazing! I got a breast Reduction on 8/21/20 and I’m in LOVEEEE with my results. I was a 36 G, I wanted to go down to a C cup. I will post my before and after pics when I’m all healed up. I am currently recovering.

I had breast cancer 35 yrs ago and reconstruction at that time with an implant in the other breast. Fast forward 5 yrs and the mastectomy side had capsulized, so removal of that implant and the capsule removed. Both surgeries done in another state. Neither surgery left me very satisfied with how I looked. Another fast forward 30 more years… the mastectomy side again had capsulized and the other breast had grown post menopause and sagged. From testing done for another purpose, I found that the mastectomy implant had ruptured. A friend and medical professional recommended Dr GHAZI. He replaced the mastectomy implant that looks and feels much realistic. He removed the implant on the other side and the capsule and did a lift and cleaned up the silicone that had leaked. For the first time since Before the original breast surgery, I look normal. Even with some swelling initially post op, I am even and natural. For the first time I feel comfortable wearing t-shirts and a bathing suit.
