You may be familiar with the old saying about never getting a second chance to make a first impression. It is important to note as I review Dr. John Symbas, the first impression given by the staff that comprises his team was professional, informative and welcoming. That being said, the bar had been set and I was hopeful that upon meeting Dr. Symbas during my initial consultation, I would be equally impressed. I was wrong. Dr. Symbas exceeded my expectations as a surgeon and physician who genuinely cares for his patients. My surgery was scheduled for a Monday morning and on Sunday evening, I received a phone call from Dr. Symbas. He simply wanted to tell me not to be worried or anxious, that he would take excellent care of me and to try and get a restful night’s sleep. I have had half a dozen surgeries in my life and this was the first time I experienced such a call. When he came into pre-op the next morning to chat, he again reassured me and gave me a hug as we headed into surgery, the outcome of which was excellent. In closing, I would like to say that I believe God gives each of us a gift in the hope we will use it in service to others. Dr. Symbas has the gift of being a skilled surgeon as well as a kind and compassionate gentleman. I highly recommend him as an amazing physician.

Always feel like a million bucks after getting Botox done by Dr. Symbas. He knows exactly what I need to achieve the look I want.
