Dr. Symbas was very personable and forthcoming about his intentions with completing my partial breast reconstruction surgery. He suggested that I consider the “Goldilocks” method and it was a great suggestion for my body type. I wasn’t interested in having implants nor expanders after my double mastectomy so this method suited me and my body type well. As my chest heals, I can see the natural contour of it in addition to the way Dr. Symbas completed my closure and used my remaining breast skin to compliment my chest contour. It’s healing well and I also felt very well supported by all staff that I encountered at Dr. Symbas’ office concerning my procedure.
Dr. Symbas was part of my surgical team for a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction following a stage 3 breast cancer diagnosis and chemo. I have never met a kinder or more genuine doctor. From the first time my husband and I walked into the office, we felt welcomed, valued, and seen as individuals. Emma is a ray of sunshine and greeted me by name. The nurses were always kind and caring. It felt like talking to friends. Dr. Symbas never rushed us. He took the time to explain the procedure so we felt informed and confident in our decisions along the way. I don’t have a single criticism to share. This place is special, one-of-a-kind. This is long overdue! I rate Dr. Ghazi a 5+. He was my Breast Reconstruction Surgeon and I cannot say enough about his professionalism, skills and care. He is a very personable and caring doctor who listens to your concerns and needs and gives great advise. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone who requires breast reconstruction.
