Dr Ghazi and his amazing staff are such a delight to work with. They are all so knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and personable. Being diagnosed with breast cancer initially left me with more questions than answers. Dr Ghazi and his staff have always taken the time to answer all of my questions and keep me well informed with the plan of care. Their beautiful new location at 12425 Morris Rd Alpharetta, Georgia 30005 is wonderful. The parking is so much more convenient. No more paying for a parking garage and then having to take a trek to their office. They have all been a delightful, silver lining of my cancer journey.

Excellent experience. I was fortunate enough to be doing preventative procedures but Dr. Symbas and his entire staff were very conscious of the mindset of someone undergoing prophylactic surgery. The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. Great listeners all of them. I never felt rushed – no question was too small. Very pleased with the results. Highly recommend.
I made the decision to have my 17 year-old silicone breast implants removed. I did A LOT of research and I discovered that Dr. Bahair Ghazi is well known for his implant removal work. I consulted with a couple surgeons, but Ghazi stood out to me. He’s a great listener, incredibly thorough, and really made me feel confident in my decision. You meet him once and feel like you’ve known him forever! He has the best personality and bedside manner, and his staff is incredible. Dr. Ghazi did my explant with a lift and a full abdominoplasty for me in December 2024 and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to have the surgery. My results are phenomenal. Those in the medical profession who have seen me post-op have all commented on how beautiful his work is and are blown-away by the results. THANK YOU, DR. GHAZI AND TEAM!! Editing to add that Jodi does my Dysport injections and she is absolutely wonderful! When the office moved to Alpharetta, I switched injections to her and I’m so glad I did!
My surgery turnaround time was incredibly quick. I had my consultation either in late October or early November and wanted to get the procedure done by the end of the year. I’m so happy because, despite their full schedule, they were able to accommodate me and fit me into a canceled spot. 12/23/24 That being said, I had about a week to prepare for my surgery. During that week, I already had a vacation planned, but the staff was very accommodating. They sent over all the information I needed to fill out and reviewed the prep work, pre-surgery steps, and medications, which were simple and easy to follow. Before the surgery, Dr. Symbas came in and spoke with my mom about the procedure. As the biggest skeptic, she loved him so much that she left her own review of him on Google. Throughout the process, Dr. Symbas maintained a warm and calming demeanor, which helped me choose this practice for my procedure. Post-surgery, I had no complaints. During surgery, my mom felt that the nurses explained how to empty the drains perfectly, and everything went smoothly. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly when I called or texted the office. Overall, I feel like Dr. Symbas and his team did a 1000/10 job, and I would definitely go back! Add on I also loved how while waiting other departments came in to introduce themselves, asked if I had any questions and made sure I was comfortable and ready for the procedure.
