Dr. Ghazi hails from Atlanta, where he spent 8 years training at the world-renowned and internationally respected Emory University. Dr. Ghazi’s main concern is for you the patient and he will work tirelessly to bring you outstanding, individualized results that are delivered in a manner of comfort, safety and with a warm smile. His medical interests range from cosmetic surgery for the breasts, body and face as well as breast and body reconstruction.

During his time with the Emory University Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Division, Dr. Ghazi was fortunate to have worked and trained under some of the most well-known masters in the fields of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, allowing him to offer you the “best of the newest techniques” as well as traditional approaches from those who helped define the modern field of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Ghazi has a long history of leadership and research and has authored numerous publications in Plastic Surgery journals and textbooks, and has presented at many scientific meetings on subjects dealing with cosmetic breast surgery, cancer surgery of the breasts, and reconstruction of the breasts after mastectomy, as well as reconstruction of the chest and lower extremity. Recently, Dr. Ghazi was part of an award-winning research team demonstrating the efficacy of a funnel device in reducing bacterial contamination during Breast Augmentation.
Recently, Dr. Ghazi received an award for the best surgical innovation of 2014. Dr. Ghazi is a founder of AcCellerate Skin Rejuvenation System, which uses patients’ stem cells to enhance healing after a procedure.

I can’t recommend Dr. Ghazi and his team enough! On a practical level, the office is very nice, I love that they have the option of surgery in their surgical center or at the hospital, and everyone I’ve dealt with has been prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. On a personal level, Dr. Ghazi’s personality and bedside manner are wonderful. In my consultation, I felt like he really listened to what I wanted to achieve and was happy to answer all of my questions. His nurses and PA are all great, too! When I arrived for surgery, I felt very comfortable and confident in what was about to happen. Dr. Ghazi personally checked on me the evening after my surgery, and his team checked on me the following day. They’ve also been really quick to get back to me when I’ve called with any questions or concerns. I had a breast reduction 6 weeks ago, and I’m not being dramatic when I say that it has been life changing already. The chronic neck, back, and shoulder pain that I was experiencing was instantly relieved, and Dr. Ghazi achieved exactly what I was looking for aesthetically. Dr. Symbas is truly a gem of a human being. I was very nervous about my first visit, but everyone in the office could not have been nicer.
