Dr. Ghazi hails from Atlanta, where he spent 8 years training at the world-renowned and internationally respected Emory University. During his time with the Emory University Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Division, Dr. Ghazi was fortunate to have worked and trained under some of the most well-known masters in the fields of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, allowing him to offer you the “best of the newest techniques” as well as traditional approaches from those who helped define the modern field of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Ghazi has a long history of leadership and research and has authored numerous publications in Plastic Surgery journals and textbooks, and has presented at many scientific meetings on subjects dealing with cosmetic breast surgery, cancer surgery of the breasts, and reconstruction of the breasts after mastectomy, as well as reconstruction of the chest and lower extremity. Recently, Dr. Ghazi was part of an award-winning research team demonstrating the efficacy of a funnel device in reducing bacterial contamination during Breast Augmentation.
Recently, Dr. Ghazi received an award for the best surgical innovation of 2014. Dr. Ghazi is a founder of AcCellerate Skin Rejuvenation System, which uses patients’ stem cells to enhance healing after a procedure.

I am a patient of Dr Ghazi. I had a mommy make over, tummy tuck and breast lift with implant, at age 56 following 3 children, 5 stomach surgeries and significant weight loss. My surgery went flawlessly and the care was amazing beginning to end. With the high reviews for Dr Ghazi I don’t expect anything less. However I am a type 2 diabetic and unfortunately as a result, and at no fault whatsoever of Dr Ghazi, I sustained a serious sepsis infection in a drain site 2 1/2 weeks post op. Dr Ghazi was very concerned and when my daughter contacted him he remained in communication with her until I could be evaluated and transferred from another hospital to Northside Atlanta where he maintains his practicing privileges. All of this occurring over a holiday weekend did not matter to Dr Ghazi. I arrived to the hospital at 8:00 am and he was in my room within minutes. I was so relieved and this is the true tale sign of an excellent surgeon. His kindness, concern and compassion was unprecedented and I can happily say I am well on my way to getting better.
