Dr. Kendall Brooks is a fellowship-trained plastic surgeon known for his meticulous attention to detail, natural aesthetic sensibility, and thoughtful approach to patient care. Whether performing reconstructive or cosmetic surgery, his goal is the same: to create refined, lasting results that feel in harmony with the individual—not overdone or obvious.
His philosophy is rooted in the belief that great outcomes are both seen and experienced. “Surgery should restore confidence without drawing attention,” says Dr. Brooks. “It’s about helping someone feel like themselves again—comfortable, natural, and whole.”
Patients consistently describe Dr. Brooks as clear, compassionate, and approachable. Known for his ability to explain complex procedures in a way that’s easy to understand, he creates a collaborative, trusting relationship with each patient. He believes that a well-informed recovery is just as important as a well-executed operation and ensures every patient is fully prepared for what to expect—before and after surgery.
Behind the scenes, Dr. Brooks is exacting in his technique and presentation. From the surgical plan to the placement of a dressing, every detail matters. “Even the first thing a patient sees—the way their dressings look—can shape how they feel about their surgery. That moment matters.”

Dr. Brooks earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia and completed his general surgery residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He then pursued fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Emory University, one of the nation’s most respected and historically significant plastic surgery training programs, particularly recognized for its depth in breast surgery. He also holds a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology from UPenn, a degree that continues to shape his evidence-based, outcomes-driven approach to surgical planning and recovery.
Dr. Brooks lives in Atlanta with his wife and their three young children. Outside of the OR, he enjoys working on home improvement projects, planning family travel, and seeking out the best local coffee.
